I am so passionate about sharing these incredible teachings so you too can live with greater ease, joy and love. ​Through movement, breath work and meditation you will learn how to take care of your body, mind and soul.

Space Yoga has evolved into the most beautiful community of yogis and provides a safe and welcoming space to learn and grow.

I teach a variety of weekly group classes including Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga in Dorchester. In addition, I run monthly workshops and events.
